Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: You can change your appointment time or date with at least 24-48 hours notice.
Cancellation within 3 days: If you cancel within 3 days of your appointment, you’ll forfeit the non-refundable booking fee and be charged 50% of the service cost.
Cancellation within 2 days or no-show: If you cancel within 2 days of your appointment or don’t show up, you’ll be charged the full cost of your appointment (100% no-show fee).
